Synopsis:
A psychopomp is a supernatural life form that guides a soul from Earth to the afterlife. Here, our psychopomps take on the form of humans, undertaking various identities in countless different places, inserting themselves into people’s lives one day before they are due to die in order to help them find peace and resolve unfinished business on Earth. They can’t reveal who they are and they can’t let their clients know why they are here; they can only nudge them in the right direction—and quickly, as they race against time.
Julianne is a human who… didn’t die when she was supposed to. Now, she’s wrapped up in this supernatural world that’s throwing everything she knew off its axis, simultaneously dodging justice-seeking spirits that want her dead and integrating with psychopomps that are giving her new meaning to life itself.
